Due to the nature of the urban lighting maintenance work, the company's front-line maintenance workers often need to work at high altitudes, with the scorching sun above their heads and sweating a lot. They need to replenish water every two or three minutes. However, they were not affected by the high temperature and hot environment at all. They were not afraid of the high temperature, stick to their posts, and operate in strict accordance with the operating rules and regulations, and make every effort to ensure the safe and normal operation of urban lighting facilities.

Not afraid of severe cold and heat, our company has always been based on urban lighting maintenance and repair work, insisting on serving development, people's livelihood, and serving the masses, taking the satisfaction of the masses as the first priority, and earnestly fulfilling the 24-hour commitment service system. In the first half of 2020, the lighting rate of our company reached 99.14%, the operating failure rate was lower than 96.08%, and the lighting facility integrity rate reached 0.31%. The 12319 service hotline, 12345 service hotline, 110 linkage telephone, digital urban management repair and other hotlines for social assistance were accepted. In 367 cases, the handling rate, satisfaction rate, and feedback rate all reached 100%, truly listening to public opinion, obeying public opinion, resolving people's worries, and handling civil affairs.

In addition, while completing the maintenance task of lighting facilities, our company has taken three measures to ensure the safety of front-line workers: First, adjust the working time, use the morning and evening time for construction, avoid high-temperature operation periods, and effectively prevent the workers from heat stroke; The second is to distribute cooling oil, Huoxiangzhengqi water, Rendan and other heatstroke prevention and cooling items, and configure heatstroke prevention and cooling medicine boxes for each team. , Pay attention to the combination of work and rest, and do a good job of preventing heatstroke and cooling.
