Overview
The potential suppliers of the Safety Service (Security Service) Project of Wuxi Lighting Co., Ltd. shall procure the bidding documents at Jiangsu Guangxin Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. Maximum price (RMB): RMB 900,000/2 years.
Bidding scope: the security service (security service) project of Wuxi Lighting Co., Ltd. covers the internal security service of the company, personnel, vehicles and materials in and out verification and inspection, night patrol and security, and operation monitoring management of monitoring system, infrared alarm system and fire control system. For details, please refer to the project requirements and related instructions.
This project does not accept the bid from the joint venture.
II. Supplier qualification conditions:
1. The bidder shall be a legal person, organization or natural person legally registered in Chinese mainland, with independent legal personality, and shall have the right to sign contracts independently and the ability to perform contracts properly; the financial status of the bidder shall be good;
2. The bidder shall be a security service company with the qualification certificate of "Security Service License" issued by the provincial public security department (foreign company shall be filed in the security authority of Wuxi);
3. The bidder shall not be included in the list of defaulters, list of parties involved in major tax violation cases, and list of ones who have seriously damaged their credibility by Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn);
4. The legally authorized representative shall have the labor contract signed with the bidder and the certificate for paid social security (or printed copy with QR code for electronic inquiry) paid by the bidder from September to November, 2021.
III. Procurement of bidding documents
Time: From December 23, 2021 to December 27, 2021, every day from 9: 00 to 11: 30 and from 13: 30 to 16: 00.

Method of obtaining bidding documents: soft copies. The authorized representative of the bidding supplier shall bring his/her own USB flash disk and procure the bidding documents at the bidding agency, and submit the following application materials (all with official seal):
1) A copy of the certificate for paid social security from September to November, 2021, letter of authorization (indicating contact information) and ID card of the authorized representative;
2) A copy of the qualification certificate of "Security Service License" issued by the provincial public security department (foreign company shall be filed in the security authority of Wuxi);
Price: 800 yuan/copy, paid in cash, no refunds after sales of bidding documents.
Deadline for doubts: 16: 00 on December 27, 2021, and submit it to the bidding agency in hard copy.
Time for clarification: before 17: 00 on December 27, 2021, it will be sent to potential suppliers in hard (or soft) copy.
